Apart from being the founder of the firms:
Ar. Hrishikesh Khandekar delivers lectures, conducts workshops and is invited as a domain expert on various panel discussions for subjects ranging from design, technology, entrepreneurship to career guidance.
Over the years he has coached over 5000 students from undergraduates to masters students. He conducts these sessions in subjects ranging from interior design, exhibition design and systems, architectural workshop, entrepreneurship for graduate and masters students and architectural entrance exam coaching to under graduate students.
He believes that design students should be given market exposure at the graduate level and that entrepreneurship as well as interdisciplinary design learning should be part of every design schools syllabus. For this very reason he visits colleges as a (industry expert) visiting faculty.
